Oil filter change.

    Do you have to remove the fairing to replace the oil filter on a 2009 blade?
    Can you just loosen it at the bottom where it meets the bottom side fairing?

    Change mine by just removing fairing lowers and lower faster on right middle panel

    Changed mine even without removing any of the fairing, bit awkward removing the filter through the lower fairing but it can be done.

    Just remove the lower fairing. Its fairly easy when you've had it on and off a few times. Only 4 allen bolts and its pretty much off.
