So I have just finished putting my Blade back together after a complete strip down to change the plugs and do a well needed service after the winter. This is the first time I've really had to do any work on the Blade and I have to say what an absolute PITA taking the panels off and putting them back on has proven to be. All of my previous sports bike from Yamaha, Triumph and Suzuki were nowhere near this stressful.

So my question. As you can see in the photo below I think the panel gaps between the mid fairings, front fairing and intake tubes is a load of rubbish, I have spent a good hour readjusting and realigning but I can't seem to get it any better than this, both sides are the same. I have double checked and none of the clips have broken, everything appears to be clipped together and all the screws are in. Is this normal or am I missing a trick somewhere?

Are the panels genuine Honda? The set of Chinese ones we bought a year ago fit better than yours.

Does anybody know if there are aftermarket (racing?) fairings available for 2008-2015 Blade that are easier to put on and off the bike?
