    Hi,

I'm due to have a bit of a splurge on riding gear having spent a bit of time browsing I'm currently seeing every online store I've checked the prices are almost always identical these days.

Currently looking for new Sidi boots, Dainese Full Metal RS gloves, also looking at the 2 piece Dainese leathers & considering a Scala G9x BT headset.

What's your favourite online motorcycle shop and does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find better prices?

Sportsbikeshop will price match UK shops, I did that for my Scala G9x and they matched against an ebay shop. Clothes I prefer buying in person as fit changes so much between manufacturers.

Nothing beats trying on riding gear its essential to buy the best riding gear you can afford but also that it fits correctly and is comefortable enough for hours in the saddle just wish I could find a store stocking the Dainese Full Metal RS gloves in Size S.

Another vote for sportsbikeshop. I have even emailed them once for a "loyal customer discount" :p and got 10% off. As said, they will price match anyway.

+1 for SPORTSBIKESHOP, and since they offer a free returns service you can just try and exchange if doesn't fit.

Thought I'd feedback on my recent purchase experience, after all the responses I compared prices and can confirm of all the sites I reviewed fc.moto, sportsbikeshop & motocard are definitely offered the best prices for the products I was interested in. After establishing that sportsbikeshop was UK based, given my time constraints I decided to give them a try.

One recommendation (thanks MPJ) suggested they offer price matching however both items I wanted could be found cheaper else where but my request for competitive pricing was rejected on both accounts. Initially I was fairly unimpressed but the Boots (Sidi Mag-1) I had selected offered discount vouchers. I gave them a call and couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received, Mark from Sportsbikeshop advised they could offset the discount vouchers against my 2nd purchase a pair of Dainese Full Metal D1 gloves bringing them within touching distance of a more reasonable price. So I decided I'd go for it and made my purchase at 12pm on Monday, Tuesday at 12pm they were delivered.

The boots were spot on but unfortunately the Gloves (despite their considerable price) had a split along the side of one finger, a manufacturing issue so these had to be returned, although disappointing not really anything to do with Sportsbikeshop.

Overall I'd give them a 9 out of 10 for their high quality website, delivery and excellent customer service, if they were able to offer slightly cheaper pricing they'd get a straight 10 from me.
