I've just got back a little tour of Scotland, what a place to ride around! The views when your up high in the mountains match the quality roads you have to ride to get up there.
We set of early Monday morning and made our way up from Kent. We followed the ride magazine maxis challenge more or less adding another day in to go and explore the North of Scotland, and we went right to the top and thought we were going to drop off! Hears a few pics of the trip.

Some great pics of some great roads. I recognise that 2nd pic - Kirkstone pass near Patterdale if I'm not mistaken?

Me and a mate off up to Dumfries in a couple of weeks for a 3 day tour. First time touring on the blade so if you have any tips I'd be glad to hear 'em. :)

If you haven't already adjusting the position of the leavers helps a little so your not bending your wrists more then needed really. Mine are as low as I can get them without touching the fairing. I got a gel seat on which is the most comfy thing for touring I think. But we were filling up around every 100 miles which gave us a nice little break and a stretch as well.
    Both enjoy it is wikid.
