Well I bought through their ebay shop on a Monday morning at 8.30am and their advert said usually shipped within 3 days so when Thursday arrived I sent them a message asking if shipped and they said they were shipping next week which would have meant 7 days before shipping so I reminded them of there advert and they shipped on the Friday and I received monday

I have bought a few times from them. Prices very good in general. They're a totally legit company and worth it if you're not in a huge rush. I bought my TTX GP shock from them and they sent me one to fit an 1199 Panigale. When trying to sort the error, the fact no one spoke very good English (which is completely justified - they are in Italy!) it was quite hard work to get sorted. From start to finish, it took nearly 3 weeks for the correct shock to arrive. But the money I saved helped me get over the frustrations!
