Suspension set up

    Just had my suspension set up by jhs racing in keynsham really nice bloke new what he was talking about I pulled up with my new metzeler sportec m7s very first words wrong tyre for that bike he said you'll get good milage but there's better sport tyre's out there if your only using the bike for fun any way the set up has really made a difference more stable turns in better I'm 13 stone 7 kitted up so if anyone wants the settings your more than welcome

    It's a 2010 model

    Just get them up mate. The more info on the site the better for someone searching for settings.

    Mine is similar to yours just a little stiffer on the forks, is yours set up for road riding?
    I have different rear shock so can't compare those

    He was wasn't that specific Dunlop's or pirelli when you need to change come back and have a chat riding style etc

    Too little rebound ... Always the way with these so called suspension experts ... You want the bike to rebound as quickly as possible without bounce.
