    Hi guys

I'm selling all my bike gear including my new & un-worn Arai RX7 GP Rabatt rep in a medium. I bought this helmet approx 2-3 weeks ago. I've tried it on but not worn it on the bike at all. The Rabatt rep is a limited run & quite hard to come by. It comes in the box with all paper work & a dark visor.

I'm after £550 but I'll take offers around that mark. I'll not be giving it away, so please no low ball offers.

This helmet is brand new. Grab a bargain :) image.jpg

Ive been after this lid for 6 months!!!
Is it a UK lid or European import? I cant find them anywhere in the UK.

Im usually a small in the RX7 GP but ill go and try a medium on at the weekend, if it fits I will take it. But will have to wait till payday if you can wait.

    Hi ya

It's a UK lid. You can change the cheek pads and it will fit nicely. Let me know how you get on. If you want to send a deposit, I'll gladly hold it for you if the fit is good

Take out the pads and see what size is on them, the standard pads in a medium are 30mm cheeks and 10mm interior head pad, cheeks go up to 35mm and down to 15mm in 5mm increments and head inserts are 5, 7, 10 & 12mm.
Search for your nearest Arai DNA centre or order online from www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk
Personally I'd try and find a DNA centre or friendly dealer to change the pads until it suits you.

Pretty sure the S & M are the same shell, as said above it's the pads that make the sizes

M & L are the same shell. S & XL are different shells.

Cos if I spend £50 on new cheek pads I may as well buy one brand new in the size that fits me. Spending £50 on pads means there is no savings from buying it 2nd hand as a new one is £600

Yes, I have been searching for one in the UK. Ive only found them in Spain and would cost £600 to have it sent here. So if im going to spend £550 on the lid here (2nd hand) then £45 for cheek pads and £48 for the crown it would be cheaper to get it from Spain and shipped over in the correct size.
If the lid were unavailable anywhere then your point would be a valid one, but seeing as I can actually buy it for less than what it would cost to buy one that doesnt fit properly its not a matter of spending more for the sake of it.

Yes he said open to offers.
Been gardening all day so not had a chance to look.the medium may still fit so would be a good buy if it does. I like my lids really tight thats why I got the small, but until I try the medium I wont know :)
