Nice wee trip today, down to Biggar to meet a guy from work on his Fazer 1000, and my mate turned up on his RSV4 fresh from the garage (again).
So a wee run from there down to Abington, then across the Dalveen Pass.
Bad accident there with a bike that looked like a blade, and with a few other bikes parked up at the side including a couple of blades too.
Hope it was nobody off here, tho no matte, hope they are ok.
Came back up the Dalveen and they wee loading the bike into a van.
    Then back home.
Nice wee run in the sun, but it did get cold once the sun disappeared.

We came over a couple we hadn't been on before.
Getting to Elvanfoot we hung a left towards Leadhills.
    Lovely wee road that.
Then followed it down to come to the old A74 then back towards the M74 where we took that picture.

the elvanfoot to mennock road is a cracker, theres a few wee bumps to get the bike in the air along it, gravel spots & sheep keep you on your toes though.

we did all those roads last weekend, about 400 miles over the saturday & sunday, there's no better way to spend a weekend!

    Love stopping at Carsphairn.
Great wee tea room in the back of a shop.

Have done that New Galloway Forrest road to Newton Steart then on to Girvan.
    Nice wee road that one.

Was up the Newton Stewart to Girvan road a couple of weeks ago, a bit bumpy with some rather large pot holes, then down to Stranraer ( A77 ) & back to Dumfries
