I was told by the guy I bought my bike from 3 years ago that a new Repsol nose for my 07 was £250 at the stealership, he was going to put a new one on before I bought it and add it to the price, but as its only a 10mm stone hole it doesn't really warrant it. So, yeah, I think £250 is pretty much a constant price. You could get a full after market chinky Repsol kit for not a lot more, at least it'll all be the same colour hues
True, but thinking it will effect the resale value..using after market fairings.. I do need nose, tank and rear fairings... But not really riding till next year.. Am hoping to sell this early next year and get a new repsol.. I did come across this..did like it..but not sure if I should do it.. EBay item no 171389567987
I would imagine that the bikes been dropped would affect the resale value more than the aftermarket fairings. Those look good, certainly freshen the look and, tbh, it's only anoraks like us on this forum who can spot aftermarket fairings, plus as the bike is a genuine Repsol, then it's not going to make a lot of difference. I would pose the question on here about fairing makers and who gets suggested for quality and fit.
