Nothing done on the bike today but received a new lid and over the moon with it. I've still currently got a Cal Crutchlow Rx7gp but this X-lite X-802RR 2016 model feels like it's on another level compared to the Rx7. Definitely excellent value for money image.jpeg image.jpeg

Had my MOT done. Head race notched(failure but already fixed) and a few advisories. Insurance premium also due, fecked due my unresolved accident in August.
Consoled myself by taking the Mrs christmas shopping (all finished!!) and a Five Guys Burger.

Amex has taken a proper bashing! hey ho at less I get a few airmiles:)

Looks nice, what do the X-lite fit like in comparison to the Arai.

I was looking at those cheap Bell carbon helmets on Amazon and while the look lovely they did not feel right on me.

It fits 100% better than the Arai. They do come up smaller than a Arai but the Arai was a little big on me. I was looking at getting the AGV pista carbon but after trying it on I wasn't happy with the fit and the X-lite is by far the best fit I've had.

Dropped it off its stand luckily
Caught the back seat unit on wardrobe in the garage thought I got away with it but HRC front nose cone stripe took a bit out as it scraped on a unit in the garage, £140 for the graphic and £40 to fit anyone know any where cheaper , if not can stay as it is , just been laid off at work so may have to use as only form of transport for now so no doubt need new rubber so pr4 or t30.?.. Hopefully luck will change soon:(:confused:

Dropped off my spare set of fairings to Spraybay today so that they can paint them up in the TT Legends colours. Six hours there and back but it will be worth it as I know they will do a good job.

That's what I mean though, nice and toasty warm...

Mind my heated kit didn't stop me getting drowned yesterday. It was like someone stood at the side of the road throwing buckets of water over me:D

Installed Magneti Marelli Li Ion battery to my 08 fireblade.
Unfortunately I had couple days for test but operation is smooth and weight is 500gr only.
Seems a great buy up to now but pending to verify as soon as I return home.
