    The downed rider even posted within the articles comments section below, he sounds like a regular, decent sort who just unfortunately happened across the path of a lunatic.

    I appreciate there are people out there with so little regard for others however the court really has let this person down and in my opinion done nothing to discourage the guilty party from similar behavior in the future.

    There is something not right here, as the defence suggested the BIKER must have said something abusive to get this kind of reaction, he must have done he's a BIKER, its always the BIKER never the little lady just minding her business when a big burly BIKER verbally abused her then backed his bike into her car and through his helmet at her, all with a child looking on. I assume there were witnesses or my account would have been the outcome given that he's a BIKER.

    Good but rare result.

    Key word is defence. They are not likely to say their client was a complete tosser if they are going to plead not guilty ;)
