looking really good Colin. what spring have you got in the shock? I got 1 built to spec from K-tech and I think it's fitted with a 10.5 spring.
    I'm 12.5 stone without kit.

    Hi mate.

Mine is currently fitted with a 105 spring which is the same as yours and suited for your weight. I've called K-Tech and they have advised me to go for a 110 Spring to suit my weight.

They have also advised me to go for 10.0 springs in the front cartridge kit. So no doubt I'll need to change those out too as the guy who had the forks and shock was around the 12.5 stone mark.

To be honest mate I've done it with cars also but more as a necessity really rather than just because I want to.

I prefer to work on bikes as I like to be able to work in the warmth of my garage, and it tends to be goodies that are getting bolted on :)

With the Blade the engine removal was actually really easy. The longest bit is actually removing the fairings, tank and airbox, which everyone can do. After that it really is just a case of unclipping all the wiring harness rad and exhaust.

Got the front end in today and re-fitted the front wheel and torqued up all the bolts including the engine bolts to required spec.

    Hi mate

I'm not sure but I can check when I'm back down near the bike again this weekend as I'm sure there is a manufacturer stamp on the inside of the fairings.

Not much done to the bike lately.

I did manage to get to the garage and fit the Brembo RCS master cylinder though. Always a nice bit of kit to fit to any bike.

Next up will be fitting and setting up the quick shifter and then it'll be just getting the controls to where I feel comfortable on the bike.

Then it'll be onto flashing the ECU with the Woolich kit. Looking forward to that.

Get the springs in the suspension replaced for my lardy ass and get it on track ASAP.
