Was a Rossi fan but its beginning to wear a bit thin now. Maybe its better if he just shuts the f@ck up and concentrate on winning the title and winds his neck in!

This was in response to Lorenzo saying Rossi had to sign for Yamaha because he didn't have any other options.

Looks like it going to be a good year and can't wait till I go to Mugello.

I used to really rate Rossi but I have no time for him any more. He is still good. But it has been a while since he was the best. He needs to come to terms with that IMO.
Looks like it will be a good season, the Ducatis look to have some poke but I reckon Yamaha and Honda will prove their worth on the Euro tracks.
I think Rossi's only chance of beating Lorenzo would be if Lorenzo was on the Ducati, I don't feel think the Ducati would suit Lorenzo's style. The Yamaha is a brilliant bike and Lorenzo rides it so well.......much better than Rossi.

I think we'd all be complaining if there wasn't some off track comments about each other.

Happens in every sport but at least Rossi swopped to another marque to have a try! I'm not sure Lorenzo would do well on the Honda as it suits riders than will man handle it, so will drag the contract out and re-sign for Yamaha

Maybe Rossi is past his best but he still certainly knows he can get under the skin of others and let's face it if dorna hadn't of made him start from the back row and he hadn't of cock up the wet race last year who might have been world champ?

Watch the JL film, if you look for the signs you may even start to believe what VR was saying re JL and MM was true, I can take them or leave them but I am not foolish enough think that all is fair and square just coz its MGP, IMO where there is cash and large sums of cash anything can be brought... wink wink, if you know what I mean.

Rossi may be past his best, but he's still the best, to have the drive and passion still after all this time and the money his got.

And still always got time for a smile or wave however a test, practice or race goes.

Lorenzo is so different !!! And a total Pric*, not a nice guy at all, yes he can ride, but will never get my money for a tee shirt, helmet or any other merchandise.

I hope Jorge goes. He's been with yamaha for a long time and for me it's only the people that can ride and win on different bikes that are the real champs. Rossi, Stoner, just to name 2.

I find it a real shame that, so called racing fans, don't appear to appreciate the talents and bravery of ALL racers.
Unfortunately, the brilliant Rossi also brought us soccer style fans and now it's spread to other racers.
I always think "what happens when Rossi/Marquez/Lorenzo stops racing? Do these "fans" choose someone else to support or do they just drift away from racing?
I, personally, would prefer a good close race than " my hero" winning by a country mile. That's why this year I'm hoping that Jonny Rae gets his arse kicked this year although I rooted for him last year until he started to dominate.
Just my opinion of course and no doubt others will disagree.

Lorenzo has no reason to leave Yamaha, he's the number one rider of the best team on the grid at this moment in time.

Rossi really needs to concentrate on himself and not on his competitors as at the rate he's going these next three years will be him losing out on the title another three years on the trot! He's losing his head a little

I'm not out for an argument, but I'm a true racing fan, passion for close competition, how wants a easy 1st,rather a well fought 2nd any day.
Camaraderie is what it's about not just look at me, when Rossi has a good race/battle he loves it and congratulations them too.

My background is saloon car racing, don't watch F1 as boring, in one season I got pole, won class and fast lap each meeting, built my own cars and engines, and won the overal championship.

Did I stay for an easy win next year?
No, done something else a step up, that I could hardly afford as haven't really got a pot to P*ss in, like most true racers.

Reading back I seemed like an armchair racer n choose the winning guy to back.

I have on my helmet the same as Rossi does on his,

    "Tribe Of The Underdog" .

    And I liked your post.

I like this mind game guys tbh. It is good to have something like it now since it is the start of MotoGP.

Rossi is way too clever for the young ones. He stirs the waters now...nothing more.

I've got the greatest respect for them all because I could only dream to ride like they do.....however...for me the characters always win out which is why I like Rossi

Rumours reckon Lorenzo has verbally agreed to join Ducati. 25M EUR offer I've read online
