I would suggest bluetooth speakers and microphone with external receiver (intercom type kit) - try a cheap unit of ebay for less than £30 , you can sill wear ear plugs and large button to stop music if you need to speak to somebody at junctions.

I have ultimate ear which are very good and fit like a glove. comfy to wear all day and the quality is good.

I have a set of Bowers and wilkins in the ear headphones and the quality is amazing for such a small thing. Not as comfy as the above but very good when riding

    I use these; http://earfuze.com/store.html

Fuze 5 has a mic included and is $39.95 or £28.063. Didn't take long to come from the US.

Lol course not. I use the Bluetooth beats by dre in ear ones. They are really good battery lasted well sound is good and pretty comfy. Also I use Bose sport ones in orange. Sound is great really comfy but have a lead they aren't Bluetooth but also they don't need charging. Been recommended jam ones but not tried them

Bowers and wilkins in the ear plugs are great. not cheap but great quality

apart from that just get a cheaper £20-£50 set of in the ear phones and try them out
