so I've just agreed to trade my Speed Triple for a new blade, BSB replica. Should be taking delivery on 25th April. Last litre sports bike was my S1000rr which I sold back in 2013. Since then had all triumphs. Looking forward to the turbine power of the blade, electronic free!!

First Honda since my moped (MT5) back in 1986! Picture taken from dealers website

The S1000 was great and i do wonder why I got rid of it! It had suffered a few mechanical issues sorted under warranty and at the time everyone I knew had one. All the electronics but I never really used them. Prefer to control the power myself rather than being a hoon and just full throttle all the time and hope bike sorts it out.

Blade seems to be back to traditional sports bikes, good useable grunt and still enough room to attach luggage for the odd trips away
