    Hi,
I jave a Leo Vince Silencer but recently failed the noise test at Silverstone. Luckily, managed to sort it but would like a more permanent fix i.e. new can.

    Any recommendations welcome.

    Anyone running an Akrapovic can?

    Thanks

R77 slip on 103db with no baffle.

Think limit is 102 but they have always signed it off with a slight twist of the face.

    Akra's are normally relatively quite.
Use some logic when looking.....if the can is tiny, is can't have much in the way of sound reduction so the likes of Austin racing are going to be loud compared to Yoshi R77's for example.
I've repacked noisy exhausts in the past with reasonable success so might be worth considering.

The Austin racing exhaust has three baffles and gets as low as 98db's or as loud as 108dbs how ever they are expensive, but you get what you pay for, quality bit of kit and if you go to the NEC they offer 10% discount

Stock exhaust at 5500 measured 100db. That was No Limits static test.

I got the full Akrapovic on mine which runs 102/103db's without the baffle, I take the baffle with me just in case you get a jobsworth on the sound testing. Baffle in it was 98db's.
