    Hey guys and girls

Has anyone got any experience on these or fitted one to the bike? I am after a rear shock absorber to replace my stock one on my 2007 blade. The majority of people are going for Ohlins, Ktech, etc. so i am interested to know your thouhts on them as they look good value for money.

Any help or advice would be great

I had the basic road shock on my K9 gsxr1000.

    It was excellent.

    Thanks Stupot

I have read good reviews for them so i presume anything from the stock suspension would be an improvement

I have a nitron on the Gsxr trackbike, Track Day Bike Build.

It's easily on par with ohlins as far as build quality goes, but pretty much any aftermarket shock will be an improvement over the stock oem unit.

I put a hagon Shock on my old sv650 and it drastically altered that for the better as well but it was more simplistic in terms of damping options and similar to nitron road model shock than the race model that went on the trackbike.

    Thanks buddy

The quality is spot on with Nitron and defo is up there with the rest of the absorbers. Ohlins a bit too pricey for a new one, and they may hold the value if you decide to sell the bike afterwards.
I dont think i can afford an ohlins at the moment but we'll see what happens in the next couple of months

I had one on my R6 race bike, thought it was a great bit of kit. Well built, good quality and it was reliable too.

I had one on my fireblade 954 and it was excellent ... full range of adjustment and rebuild able. Comes from the factory set up for your weight and riding style too so definitely a quality item .
