can anyone tell me what is different between supercorsa sc and sc v2 (not sp) I need a new set for track days, or might just go for slicks for the first time
It's just the treaded version. V2 replaces V1 and has a slightly different tread pattern. It's still the compound that matter though, SC1 or SC2 usually. FWIW I run SC1 front & SC2 rear.
Ah ok so the v2 is just an updated tread pattern over the v1 but still the same rubber compounds as before. Have you used the slicks vs the sc's? Much difference? £30 cheaper to buy a pair of slicks
I've never used slicks, but am happy to continue with the treaded version as they warm up quicker (especially at this time of year) and I can then ride the bike on the road.
