I'm just about to buy a taller screen, anyone got any comparable experience of the two?

Is the Zero Gravity worth the extra 20 odd quid?

Never had a zero gravity but had an MRA on my last Blade and it was very good quality compared to others I've had (fabbri etc.)

I've had the zero gravity, I think there good quality, thin, light and look good yet strong. Only issue which the screen comes with a warning about is that the sunlight acts as a magnifying glass and can cause damage to the clocks so you need to cover that section when left out in the sun. I know this is a warning for a lot of screens but is apparently more evident with these ones

    Thanks both.

I'm probably swinging towards the MRA light smoke double bubble.

Check out Puig screens. I've had MRA and zero gravity screens before but the finish on the Puig is better and it doesn't vibrate like the zero gravity screen did.

    Which year bike?
I had an MRA on my 04 blade, which I really likes.

But the Honda racing one I have on my 12 and 14 is better.

Guess it depends on what you want it for, bling or wind protection?

    Bike is a 2015.

I'm not really interested in bling just something that does a better job of keeping the wind blast off. I'm also not really want to spend £££'s on something either.

I've got the MRA light smoke double bubble on my 954 and it was a perfect fit and better plastic than the OEM.

Thanks all, just ordered the MRA double bubble. It was cheap enough so I'll see how it looks.

Bought a 2nd hand MRA screen for £30. Looks great and does good job of directing wind blast.

I ordered a light smoke MRA screen from the UK importer and was expecting delivery tomorrow. I've now just had an email telling me they've only got clear in stock and MRA aren't producing any more until 18th May. So I've just ordered the Puig.

I ordered from Bikehps who claim to be the UK importer. It was a bit annoying as they were supposed to be in stock and they had the same screen advertised through EBay, but they obviously weren't. In fairness to them they processed the refund a couple of minutes after I asked.

I'm hoping the Puig will turn up tomorrow but I've only had a dispatch email today, so it'll be more likely Monday. I'll update the thread when it's on the bike.

    Dark smoke racing screen.

Should hopefully look OK on my HRC.

OK so the screen's on and those little rubber bungs with the copper thread were a ba*tard! It looks decent quality, at least a match for the standard Honda screen and has deeper upwards curve to lift the airflow. In fact it comes with a piece of paper with a supposed scientific airflow diagram!

I'll get some photos of it on the bike next time I've got the bike out of the garage in the daylight.

You're supposed to replace the wellnuts ( rubber bung with copper thread) what you replace a screen as they compress to stop vibration

Yep they're back in, that was the bigger ba*stard part. I figured that bit out, otherwise there's nothing to screw back into to mount the screen otherwise.

Just a quick update for any one searching this one out in the future.

Took the bike out for a quick 35 mile run yesterday that consisted of a few national speed limit dual carriageways and some fast twisty B roads. I had no vibration or noise and there's a definite improvement in airflow, with the screen disrupting and braking up the blast and pushing it up higher.

It was quite windy in the morning with enough force to pull your head around at speed. I'm 5.7" and there was plenty of room for me to tuck right under out of the airflow.

Build quality it's more or less the same as the OE Honda screen, with no issues with the holes being misaligned or not cut properly. So overall happy days.

Now I just need to figure out how to stop my left knee aching after 20 minutes!
