Thinking of selling my 2001 929RRY Fireblade. It was my Fathers bike before I bought it off him, when he realised he was having a mid life crisis of biblical proportions, and a fireblade was not the wisest of choices for a 67 year old with arthritis! It’s pretty much as good as you will get and must be one of the best in the UK. Bike has done 22k miles, has matching Michelin pilot sports, almost new chain and sprockets, has just had OE iridium plugs and a new cam chain tensioner (not because it needed one but because my father is fastidious about these things and has been a mechanic all his working life. The bike is currently on SORN tucked away in the garage slowly feeding on an Optimate. I am in no rush to sell so price is OVNO. Only reason I’m selling it is I liked it so much I want a newer one!
