I've bought a fairing kit as well for the same reasons you have, the fear of binning it on track!! I've gone for Matt black, think it'll look pretty sweet with some strategically placed HRC and Honda decals! Let me know how you get on fitting the kit, expecting mine to arrive any time soon!
Castrol looks really great. Seen a few of these on ebay with different numbers on the front. You're obviously not superstitious!!

Nearly went Repsol, found a kit with day glo colours...looked sooooo good, but you’d have to have orange wheels really!!!
Well, I am am a little.... it’s just been very good for me!! My local dealers (bike) got a RR7 with standard colours Chinese fairings and from 5ft you’d never know!!!..... I’m loving how these look in the pic, just hope they fit ok!!
Many of us would like to know about the fit. Certainly, some of the ebay ads suggest they won't fit '100%'. And I'm still wondering about buying some plain ones for a special paint job.
Yeah, I read that too, I’m hoping it’s just a disclaimer, let’s face it, there might be a bit of giggery pokery goin on, but for a fraction of the cost of Oe, I can live with that!! I think they've just had past complaints from numptys expecting Honda OE quality for a tenth of the price!!!
