Folks, mamaged to get forks off, when they go back on, is there a way of torquing all the pinch bolts back up without taking the nose cone off? They were a nightmare just to get to with an allen key!

Just did mine on an 08. Take your time and u should be able to manage without taking the upper off. Turning the steering (if on a triple tree stand) and rotating the clip ons on the fork tubes should give you enough wiggle room to reach both sides with a ratchet and allen bit.

Cheers buddy. I only just managed to get a standard Allen key in with the help of a bit of swearing. I've just ordered a stubby set of keys that should be perfect for it

Small ratchet is actually be easier as you don't constantly have to reposition;)

I have a 1/4" ratchet spanner that I put in a 6mm bit, It is still a pain but manageable. I don't over tighten bolts so the short ratchet spanner is fine.
