    cheers for the reply mate,
finally only got bike out of lock up today for first time this year and yes it became more apparent when i was actually at the bike, i applied the settings and the bike does feel alot more coherent, granted i only took a quick spin up the n11 and back, not went down any my usual haunts yet, however at 14st im seen my fork leg is not using all its travel and is about 30mm or more shy from end so i might just back the preload off a bit on the front to use more leg..
was this setting given by kais as a track day setting or road bike setting,?

Not sure if I'm honest, I ride pretty quick for road use anyway and I'm a bit heavier than you so maybe try a click off preload see how it goes

Dragging up an old post i know but are the front forks correct setting as they seem softer than standard?

all the past blades ive had i have given it two turns more preload on frt and backed the rebound and comp 1/2 to 1 turn softer than standard for road and its suited me. 13.5 stone + leathers.

Cheers mate I'm nearer 16 stone with out gear .
Them settings aren't too bad above arent to bad . Only got a quick ride on bike today so couldn't properly test but feels a lot nicer over bumps. Think mine was too hard as was launching me out the seat all time when cracking on
