This didnt even sell on ebay with a starting bid of £175 !!! Wtf is going on???? I cannot sell anything !!!
I was actually watching it on Ebay with the view of offloading my racefit as it's starting to drive me mad
I'll be honest mate I'm toying with the idea of just selling the blade so don't want to put any more money into it yet.
Yeah I've either fallen out of love with it or thought "do want something else" test rode a Daytona 675r about 2 year ago and loved it. Don't know if I'll miss the power of the blade though
1000cc is overkill for the road, license looser, ive fallen out of love with road bikes now since going on track, not trying to dodge potholes , avoid drivers , wait for a sunny day & looking behind my shoulder comstantly , just isnt fun atall anymore
It's only a licence loser if you ride it like you want to lose your licence. Anything bigger than a 250 will break most speed limits, but for me that really ain't the point. If it were, then we'd all be on GN125's and driving 1 litre cars. I just like 1000cc bikes and would have an Aston over a Micra any day of the week. There's a time and place for "making good progress" though, and you can still enjoy the road if you are sensible about where. And I can't disagree with potholes and Mr Magoo drivers, them I can live without.
But the thing is, being sensible on the roads is not fun for me .. hence why i’m selling the bike, rather be enjoying a track day then riding on the road .. its just personal opinion at the end of the day
Yeah, thats fair enough, I get you. I just disagree with people always saying litre bikes are too dangerous or are licence losers. Just don't ride like a spanner and chances are you'll keep your licence. Just because it can, doesn't mean you have too. But as you say, thats what tracks are there for, so enjoy the circuits! (At least you won't be nagged to constantly pick up milk/tea/bread on your rides). Not sure where you are located, but if you are close to Castle Combe, get down there, lovely little track. Just watch the first right hander off the start straight, nasty little off camber...
