My Dainese 1 piece is in need of a good professional cleaning.
Scrubbers Leathers seem to have a good reputation £140 for the premium service, anyone used them ?

Leathers start to get pongy & mingy after a lot of wearing so a professional clean is nice now and then :)

That's what I had in mind Lozzy rather than just a quick wipe over type clean.

I had to go back to my old spidi suit after selling my alpinestars when Mrs gravel trap lost her job. The spidis had been crashed in sweated loads and left in my garage hung up over best part of 7 winters so they ponged . I used motul leather cleaner and then taped up arms and leg bottoms put pencils in legs arms and torso to hold leathers in a being worn position then used a car air con cleaner bomb . Set it off in torso taped up neck and left for 48 hours. Now I have some leathers scuffed to hell still but they smell like new !

    That's a massive trade-off.

I would have been registering her on online employment agencies, bringing her the local paper's jobs vacancies in bed, and taking her out to coffee - just before dropping into the local Job Centre.:D;)

(Hopefully, all came good in the end!;))

Point of order, just because the wife banks the bad points it doesn't mean she does the same for good ones. Besides I'm sure she will have enough of the bad to counterbalance the good :p

Decided against spending £140 on getting my Dainese suit professionally cleaned, spent £9 on a bottle of Motul leather cleaner and decided to do it myself very pleased with the results and enough to clean 2 sets of leathers with enough left over to clean other leather clothing items ;)

In my world, BLUF stands for Bottom Line Up Front?

Though I doubt you are referring to the military acronym for written/emailed communications.

    Found it:

BLUF is an international fraternal organization of gay men and MSM sharing a fetishistic interest in leather breeches and uniforms. The leather breeches are worn inside tall leather boots known as jackboots. BLUF is a part of a larger leather subculture and the sexual aesthetic is similar to the exaggerated masculinity seen in the work of Tom of Finland. Members share interest in leather fetishism, boot fetishism, and uniform fetishism. Some wear leather uniforms reminiscent of German World War II era uniforms, but without the Nazi regalia or embracement of NSDAP politics. The other common uniforms worn are those of American style police motorcycle patrol and German police. Membership is open to men of all races and nationalities above the age of consent in members' home countries. BLUF began as an Internet site in 1997 but has evolved to a series of in-person meets and events regularly scheduled in European and North American cities. Members frequently plan vacation time around, and travel to, international meetings. A majority of members live in northern Europe, primarily Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Sweden ; and North America, but members are also found in Asia, Central America, South America and Africa.
