Finally able to get out for a ride this morning and wore my new X-lite Ultra Carbon helmet, initial impressions very good, it's obviously a very light helmet with excellent visibility no draughts around the visor, noise (with ear plugs) was similar to my HJC, my only concern at the moment is that cheek pads are tight but maybe will give slightly. All in all pretty pleased.

Looks good. The chin vent looks like it is designed to work best with the head tilted slightly - as you ride on a sportsbike. My Arai is similar with the chin vent optimised for a slightly tilted head position for riding a sportsbike. My HJC is not so good - the chin vent area seems to decrease when the head is tilted forward - but otherwise is a great helmet.
