i hope i've posted this in the right section A good Dutchie friend of ours said if i sent him my boring black hugger he would repsol it to match my bike. Wellllll, i got it back today, i think it looks mighty pretty!!
Thanks guys, i even fitted it myself (phew a whole 5 minutes) in the baltic freezing cold that we had today (yes i am a reptile, i have to lie in the sun just to be able to move!! lol), i know, i know, but i always get dave to do everything on my bike except ride it!!
nice jo. saw his work on another forum did about 10 for people in the states bit then he said no more!!
yeah i know, but there was a whole load of us that went to laguna seca in july and he said if i sent my hugger to him he would do it for me. God alone knows how i remembered, oh i didnt, dave did!!, as i was a bit drunk when he told me (thats a lie actually... i was so flippin drunk i was sick the next morning in the car park, yes it was only water that came up but i dont think the guys wheels who i chucked on would have been very happy, hence the nickname chucky for the rest of that holiday!) Lesson learned, dont drink alcohol on an empty stomach!!! xxx
Looks very nice.Probably one of the best looking Repsols I've seen. And you fitted it yourself means you're as good with a spanner as you are with a hair strip.Good girl. Chucky
thank you, i do love my bike. i dont know about being good with a spanner hun, but i used an allen key!! xxx
I know your user name is Hobey 600 but is that a 6 or thou I genuinely can't tell lol. Looks stunning by the way very clean!
lol, thankyou Benn, it has to be a 6, i cant manage the thou, not tall enough or strong enough, to touch the floor on the 6 i have to shift my ass over to one side of the seat to stop xx
Am sure you will. we are hoping it gets just a bit warmer for when dave gets back, am itching to get out for a ride - even if its only down to the sea front. If you work local the three of us could meet up one lunch time maybe? xx
