Man after my own heart...... Decal mad ;)

I've had the Honda Racing ones before and I've used outlaw graphics on many occasions. They shouldn't fade as they are cut from coloured vinyl rather than printed @bazzashadow..... Your monster ones woukd have been printed so more likely too.... But if they good quality they should be fine :)

Smart that pal! I've just bought this from sportsbike shop. Good price I thought for an AGV, it is for the misus but I may sneak a ride or two out of it

I was wondering why my wife is still married to me after all this time, sometimes you’ve just got to have a right good look at yourself in the mirror.:)

Got my new reservoir socks today (only ordered yesterday lunchtime) so fitted them. Realised I hadn’t stuck a picture of my rad guard up so here’s two (rubbish) ones

Easy peasy mate really, after doing to rear end and f’ing about with it I didn’t really want to do much more to the bike but the more you work on them the easier it becomes. Took me 10-15 mins to fit and most of that was looping a cable tie round with my fat fingers

Prayed to the Great Lord Dremmel after some medium threadlock defeated allen keys and hex bolt extractors!

Then went to fit the new rear Nightrider indicators and realised the additional Oxford adaptor leads they sell to connect to the OEM plugs actually come with a pitiful length of cable, and so I have had to extend them so that I can route the cables neatly and not have them running diagonally under the pillion seat. Only had time to do one of them though so garage floor is currently decorated with all manner of tools, bodywork, cables and connectors.

Am considering running a charging cable out by the number plate but can't decide if that is a good idea or not due to water and potential oil fling.

Got down right mucky with the old girl today, oh and the bike! Getting project RR7 HRC that i recently bought ready for the road. Today was brake and clutch lever, Exhaust headers off (had to cut clamps off link pipe as corroded), flushed coolant system, Radiator out (replacing as is shot), cleaned oil off of engine and degreased as leak from neutral switch - replaced that, took off crap LED indicators with resistors on each wire (what a mess!) and wired up some originals, fitted O2 eliminator, fitted new engine hanger bolts (as had taken the crash bungs out - can't stand them!). Only downer snapped a bolt off in the crankcase cover! Torquing up to 20NM, most just went click but couple of the new bolts just kept turning and wouldn't torque - snapped instead (should have stopped when things felt wrong!) - will be a drill and easy out, just not just yet! Any advice on good easy outs?

Tomorrow will be cleaning replacement headers (decat ones), order up some exhaust clamps, oil and filter change and maybe fit headers back and new radiator. Turning in to a bigger project than had planned but that's half the fun isn't it - will just be front calipers and discs to go (hopefully!). Then there is next winter to do more!

My cable is under the pillion seat so not really any hassle to pop it open to connect up.

Mine is currently behind the pillion peg, same as with previous bikes. I used to have it under the pillion seat but got fed up removing and replacing it. Ideally I would like to mount it on a bracket behind the number plate etc.

I suppose as long as it’s got a good plug in the end to keep it waterproof then it would be fine, and probably less visible than it would be behind the peg?

Good idea that; any one successfully extended the cable?
