Yep I have witnessed @PauloHRC doing his stretches n squats for some reason I feel its wrong to watch him
Exactly the same for me, squeezing the tank, stretching the leg out or standing on the pegs sometimes helps, otherwise stopping and walking for a couple of minutes usually clears it for the rest of the day.
Try drinking tonic water with quinine in as it helps prevent cramps. I do not recommend adding Gin however before a ride.
