Just curious, has anyone given their 2008 model a facelift with the 2012 lights and fairings?

Was this a simple direct fit and replacement? Any issues?

    Kind regards

    Jay

I believe you need new headlight and fairing brackets the make the switch mate, maybe more! I bet @vic_ster51 can give a more definitive answer!

To change yes you need headlights, all the brack trim panels. Air ducts, screen.
Rear numberplate plate holder part, ie where toolkit goes.
You dont have to change the tank cover or rear if you dont want. can have them as 08-11 but front and sides as 12
I have pair of brand new air ducts for 2012 model

I'm not looking at doing it over the next month or so but am considering it this summer as I'm either replacing my fairing for something different or the same.

    Thanks guys its appreciated!

I’ve got a spare 2012 headlight if you need it to go with Vicsters air tubes.

Just make sure to keep all those fairings to return it to stock if you sell!
