Before doing that ask a few mates to dress up in full virus outfits come round and take you to full quarantine for 14 days then pop you round to your girlfriends house so you can fully enjoy yourself.

Little bit of lock down exercise today, some circuits and light weights, nothing too strenuous. After looking round the garden to see what I could lie on to use as a bench, I came up with a novel idea for a wheelie bin!!

Let's see what other idea's you lot can come up with for using a wheelie bin, other than what it's intended for!! ;)

Missus uses wheelie bins as hay bins for the horses.

Horse hay bin = fookin expensive
Wheelie bin + jigsaw = dirt cheap
