I got busted by the missus straight away !
There I am fannying on in my garage when delivery driver arrives. I take delivery and put straight in garage. She is reading a book in the garden so I think I'm safe for the unboxing and to try on.
No sooner had I stuck it on my head when she comes bounding in to see if i wanted a cuppa. She NEVER comes in the garage to ask that !
Anyway i was stood like a proper Charlie with this helmet on so had to fess up. Told her it was such a bargain £700 down to £200 because of covid blah blah and she bought it and thought it was a good deal.
By the way it was originally £600 and i got it for £300 but i panicked and went for a bit of exaggeration .
But it worked and it's a keeper. Super light and already no pressure points on my temples which i get off the shoei.
    Happy days :D

I think they will be struggling for cash flow and people to process the refund. It will happen, but take a while I guess. I only got my TT sailing money back yesterday from the Steam Packet.

Hugger came yesterday, you will need a dremel or something to cut out a 1” size piece out

looks far better but wish it covered a bit more wheel

you can see what needs cutting out where i drew round from the original hugger.

Why do these huggers need trimming? Are they not made for that year of bike?

only the standard hugger is in the sale, not the 2017- SP and the only difference is the Ohlins wires that run through it, hence some trimming but for £75 v over £200 its worthwhile

I think it’s to do with the shock on the SP?

just to note I posted this at the same time as shutty, I didn’t see his post and quickly type it to make myself look clever :D
