I’ve had this product on my 2014 Cbr1000rr for about 3 plus years. Suddenly I’m having issues. It seems that the quickshifter is cutting fuel when it isn’t supposed to. The bike has been bogging really bad when i get on the throttle, and the problem is intermittent so it’s been hard to diagnose. Sometimes it doesn’t show “shift” on the display when I move the lever so that leads me to want to make sure the quickshifter is working as it’s it’s supposed to. What are some checks I can do to make sure the quickshifter is working correctly? When the quickshifter is working the bike runs great when the quickshifter isn’t working the bike is not bogging and I always had kill time 60 and sensitivity 100 since I installed it and only at 100 sensitivity it worked. Also the bike sometimes won’t turn on at all. It primes but won’t crank over.

I'd check the connections on the coils first to make sure they're connected properly. I had the same problems with my HM, making the shift noise by itself. Sent it to HM for inspection and they said yes it's fucked. They can't repair it so buy the HM Plus was their answer. The loom was okay so don't buy one of those they said. I have another brand of QS now, won't buy HM again.

I hope you get yours sorted though.

Hi. I know this is a really old post but wondering if you had any luck finding the issue. Having the same symptoms on my Fireblade…
