If you do decide on the RCS with OEM don't forget the Banjo bolt, mine came with as standard with a double, standard brembo single is too short with OEM, got a 20mm on order hopefully it is the correct length. Unfortunately the threaded portion of the RCS only received a max of 10mm (OEM is really deep) so you either hit the bottom or don't have a safe amount of thread.

Sorry our swaging machine cannot make ABS brake line kits due to the shape/size of the fittings.

fullsizeoutput_ceb.jpeg I'm using the HEL M/C on my work run around and on my track bike. Don't want to come across biased as I did get these from HEL after doing some testing on the calipers.
So the HEL is well made and in Billet, RCS is forged.
HEL can change from 18,19,20 ratios compared to the RCS 18, 20. HEL ratios are changed via a cam which needs to be replaced the RCS has a built in cam.
For the road you need to run a pressure switch for the HEL, RCS comes with a micro switch. HEL are possible going to do a Hall effect switch to over come the pressure switch.
    Feel and stopping power.
Feel - having used both the HEL (20 Ratio) feels like an RCS (18) so the lever travels a little bit more compared to the RCS, this along with the design of the HEL allows for better trail braking in to the corner, due to better feel. This takes a few laps to adjust from the RCS's on/off feel, but once you have the HEL provides more confidence.
Stopping power - both provide excellent stopping power, compared to a standard M/C.
Both are great units and it's a personal preference.
One other benefit I'd say is the aftercare and support you get from HEL.

I've mentioned this elsewhere, but I've just fitted a 19mm Nissin master to my RR7.
It's basically the bigger brother to the 17.5mm OEM.
I had to adjust the passive stroke (very carefully!) but I think that's a common feature on lower cost assemblies.
The feel and bite are excellent and ergonomically just nicer than the OEM.

Could you answer some questions about the Hel m/c?
What's the adjustability like on the lever? It doesn't look easy to adjust for reach like, say, a Pazzo lever.
Did you manage to find a matching clutch lever?
What size banjo bolt do they take?

Adjusting the lever span is via the front span wheel, which is easy.
    The banjo is 1.0 pitch.
No clutch levers as yet, HEL are looking into making some for the cable clutch not just hydraulic.
At the moment I have a black clutch lever from UK Race support.

Do you require different banjo for accosato master cylinders as the one that came with the Hel lines wont screw in properly?
