Mines been on the stand pretty much all lock down, I put a mark on the pin to ensure it is always fully inserted as it has a tendency to slip slightly on the first lift

Tried again yesterday in fixing it, but hopeless and now i feel the stand itself is wrong. Can anyone please share the instructions or share the pictures of your locking pin positions.

you might find the front drops quite a bit, it might help to put a bit of wood under the front tyre then tighten hth

Do you have the correct adapter kit? Maybe post a couple of pictures to point out the issue.

Sorry to change subject a little....
    But...
Those with the ABBA superbike stand, do you have the wall bracket, is it any good? Need to tidy the man cave!

Have you got the adjustment correct? Here’s how mine looks. Notice the adjustment bar is parallel with these holes on mine. It probably doesn’t matter too much what hole you use, ie whether the bar is parallel or diagonal.

Holding the bike up straight the pins line up.

Both wheels are clearly off the ground.

Just to add, when I align the stand up to the bike I have it adjusted so the bike leans towards me ever so slightly. It gives some wiggle room to insert the pins into the holes, once inserted fully if I then stand the bike straight up the wheels of the stand will come off the ground by about a centimetre . It also makes it easier removing the stand. Just take your time and get the adjustment the way you want, once it’s set and tightened you don’t have to touch it again. Also be careful when removing the stand, always pull the stand from the bike and ignore the urge to push the bike more upright or away from you for obvious reasons.

Thank you @Slick & @Blade runner 1 , tried fixing it as per your pics and succeeded. But i need to bit fine tune it as it falls towards right a bit, read in this topic about it and will follow. Had a good chain clean and was happy. Its the long screw which was fixed entirely opposite and the bolt is welded, had to cut it and buy a new long screw and fixed it. Thanks once again.:)

Make sure your wheels are tight as when they loosen they affect the levelling.

Also I mucked about by putting a spacer on the lower mounting, this stops the pin inserting too far into the frame causing the sight tilt.

I drilled the top pin and fitted an R clip for extra peace of mind, as no matter how i adjusted it the bike always leans away from the stand a bit.

Also take care that the gear selector is not contacting the mast when in the raised position.

To reduce the tilt I reckon the spacer on the lower pin needs to be 13mm inner/ 20mm outer cylinder with a 15-20mm length - anyone up for a 3d print project!

I am thinking to try with a ratchet strap without the bike falling off from the stand

The main danger is during the first part of the lift, at this point the bike can move away from the stand and slip off the top pin by a few mm.
On this part of the lift I grab the opposite side of the bike a list to avoid this. I have a red mark on the top pin that clearly indicates slippage, if so I reset and relift. The other option is to drill a hole and put in as others have done.

If the top pin is fully inserted there is no chance of it coming off, mine been on for months and wheeled around and it is solid.

I have not got one of these but I do like the idea.
    My question is
Does the top pin go right though the other side of the bike so you can put an R clip in it or does it only go so far in the frame?

The top pin is only about 60mm long, I drilled through the sleeve and pin in a pillar drill. The R clip then goes through both between the adaptor plate and the bike. I’m not at home at the moment so can’t get a photo.
