    Just a quick question guys and girls, has anyone done one of these track days with James?
    Was just wondering about the format, groups and training as I'm thinking of doing one in October but don't think the weather will be too good on the Anglesey Circuit so was wondering just how thing play out on a typical day?
    Thanks in advance for any replies.

    Yes - quite a few.
    Green = steady
    Yellow = Inters
    Red = fast
    Its by far the best track time for the money you will get.
    No more than 20 on track as numbers are <60 for the whole day and they spread groups well and move you around if they feel you are too fast / slow.
    The tuition is very good, none condescending and all constructive, the debriefs are none mandatory and if you just want to go and pootle about at your own pace - then you crack on.
    I have used these days to enjoy a safe sedate pace on some old classics, no one lunging up the inside and all enjoyable.

    See you there next week if anyone's there - i will be riding a SXV550 and i may take my RD350N1 for some 2 stroke fun
