I've had the same issue on my SP2 just get a lithium battery charger and keep it plugged in and then no issues. I previously had 2 BMW S1000Rs and had no battery issues but with it plugged in all now OK. They tend to eat batteries with trackers on.
I always use one of these and have never had a flat battery, last battery on my VTR lasted 6 years then I sold the bike https://www.amazon.co.uk/Charger-Fold-out-Briefcase-Battery-Charging/dp/B00TIJ3U6A but could I use one on a lithium battery?
