Hi, I recently bought an Exhaust can and link pipe from GP Velocity Exhausts, and whist trying to fit it I noticed a problem with a weld. It was after 23.00hrs on a Saturday when I sent an email about the issue, hoping for a reply in a few days. Within 10minutes I got a reply from a very apologetic lady who said she would notify her colleague. I was amazed when he too replied to me 20 mins later, it was going up to midnight..

He said he would send a replacement part the next day.. it arrived a couple of days later.. I was just asked to box the faulty part for collection..

The exhaust itself I was really happy with as it only cost £259 and as good as much more expensive items.

Looking on Trustpilot the company has equally glowing reviews from other customers.. So credit where it's due ,I feel companies that make the effort should be rewarded ..If you are in the market for a exhaust give them a look. I was really impressed with the exhaust and the service..

Hope I am not breaking any forum rules here, as I have no links to this company what so ever..

Couple of photos of the pipe below..

That's the guys.. the fault was just a spot weld on the inside of one or the joints.. easy to miss, but affected the seal of the pipe joint...
