Anyone else struggle to undo some of the wiring connectors. some are really tight. wondering if there’s a pliers type of tool to make it easier.
Jeeez.......just threaten them with that lot and they’ll jump apart on their own lol. Plasters at the ready.
I found the electrical connectors that were difficult to remove on my bike all had some degree of corrision on them once I managed to free them, I used electrical cleaner and WD40 but must admit it did take some force to get the large ones on the main loom seperated.
Pick tools, I believe. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=pick+tools&_sacat=0
you're right, they aren't easy at all. Sometimes the hardest part is working out where to find the locking tab, then how it releases. A prime example is the connector to the flapper motor under the seat on a 2018 bike.
Yeah I was just about to say Pick Tools. And the fact that there's a Toolstation in every major city makes it worth a go for the sake of a couple of quid. https://www.eurocarparts.com/p/am-t...V672GHF5nbnCvQm1qYuZrhzzSjDVdqRxoCLhkQAvD_BwE
