Father-In-Law wants to redo his will. Does anyone have experience of a will writing service they recommend or advise staying away from?

having recently had will written, I cannot stress enough, the need to check the final draught. Our final draught was 2 versions out of date.
you do right to ask around. If you have any special requirements make sure you get a proper solicitor to write it.
We just had someone (recommended to us) who just does will writing, but i wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Too slow and too many mistakes.
I think face to face meetings with with your will writer are important so use someone local

Free wills are good, but they do start charging for extras or alterations.

I would and have used a solicitor to draw up my will, I never considered using a will writing company, suppose it would/could depend on the complexity of the will and the value of the estate as to wether you want to use one.
