BDS sent a replacement for the clutch lever yesterday...

Really happy with them and the built in adjustability. Recommend Bikers Discount Store too... great service sorting out the supply confusion quickly.

I had two 2016s they showed 167 and 168bhp rear wheel on the dyno. One had about 1k on the clock and the other about 2k. Both had aftermarket end cans on but not decatted.

166bhp seems about right for the 2016 model, that's why I bought mine, it's a relatively cheap track bike compared to other models of that year that were 190bhp plus. It's a perfect track bike with good reliability but no where near as powerful or have as many eletronic aids as the S1000RR/ZX10R/R1M/GSXR. Cheap and cheerful.

Looked at it in disbelief after a car reversed into me. Have to give it a good check over, but looks like it’s just the mudguard. The mind boggles.

Hope that’s the only damage, you’re okay and the driver is coughing up

What a knob! Has their bumper just hit the mudguard directly? Should be ok if that's the case.

I was on the bike at the time, so managed to keep the front wheel facing forward as his bumper rode up on the wheel and pushed the mudguard backwards. Doesn’t appear to be any more damage thankfully. I got a quote for a new mudguard from Honda which is £172.98, I’m going to give the guy the option to pay for the mudguard before I go down the insurance route.

Are the forks ok? Might be worth backing off all the pinch bolts in the yokes and loosen the front axle too to make sure its all straight.

Or just get the £170 from the bloke, find a used one for cheap and book a trackday with the change, that's what I would do. The insurance route isn't worth it, the excess will be more than the cost of the mudguard and your premium will go up next year.

What's the two red bars in your pic for mate? I've seen them before; is it for alignment?

Had my OEM silencer ceraminc coated last summer but I can only gueww the prep was not done properly and a lot of surface rust re-appeared late autumn onwards:mad:
So took it off and back to the company. They did the job again without questions.
Fitted it back. Hopefully it's better 2nd time round!
PS there was some grit left inside the silencer which to me means they had not properly masked the openings! Hope the CAT is ok. what a bummer

Insurance renewed with BeMoto - down from £276 last year to £226 this year. I sacked off commuting a few months ago as it was a rarity I went to the office before COVID and I only go once a week in the car nowadays.
