Snetterton do drive by with one of the companies and I have not had a issue with my short akra , sitting in the pit lane line there have been many bikes louder than mine .
Had I had a issue I would have put a OEM one on for the day

Now riding a 2020 Blade SP with it standard Akra can. I got black flagged at Donington for putting out 102 DB on the drive by noise sensor. Was asked if I can add some baffles! Offered to turn it down from Track to Sports mode, but it was late in the day when I got black flagged that I just decided it was time to go home, so did not try sports mode on the noise.

Interestimg reading this as I would like to do my first track day at brands next year. I take it I would not have a snowballs chance with my Racefit even with the baffle in?

You could try a decibel (free) app on your mobile . Not necessarily 100% accurate but mine worth a go . Also my local garage said it would be fine . It was .

So far on a standard 2020 SP I know someone else who was black flagged at Donington and another one at Spa on the drive by noise detector. No problems at Oulton on the drive by (but may be on first outting I was not as flat out!). On the static noise test at Oulton it passed with no problems.

If you do a home static noise test, the microphone has to be at 45 degress to the gases coming out of the exhaust and 50cm away from the exhaust opening. Not sure on the RPM, but I was asked for about 6k. If at the track you do see the bent piece of metal being shoved up your exhaust, that is not the microphone but the measuring device. Have heard people saying they shoved the microphone up the exhaust! I have also seen the marshalls miss the 45 degrees, leaving the microphone in the exhaust gasses.
