Hi all tall ask this I know, but if anyone has any original panels in good condition laying around I am trying to put a full set together. Colour not important but prefer undamaged please. After wrestling last night for the last time with the Chinese rubbish currently fitted to my bike I’ve decided I need to get a decent set painted to my own design, but they need to fit well in the first place. I have an undamaged tail in plain white and a red nose fairing with some of the lacquer peeling going spare if they're any good. I'm in Lincoln.
Hi Muffking, I’m Scunthorpe way so not far from you. Do you have a price in mind? Message me if you like. Since I posted this I’ve seen a few people say they bought Chinese fairing kits that are a much better fit and quality than earlier sets. So now I’m really torn and not sure what to do. A custom paint job won’t be cheap and if I can’t put an oem set together for a sensible price to start with then the job might be dead in the water before I start. Feekin first world problems eh?
Yeah I'm not far off the A15, so not far from you at all. I've not thought about price as I kept them spare, but I already have a full spare set for an RR6/7 so I don't need the RR4/5 fairings anymore, although I have a couple of upper side fairings which you can have as they have a little bit of damage on the insides. If you want to pop down and make an offer one evening in the week, or some time over a weekend then I'll show you what a couple of Chinese fairings look like too.

Yes mate that's fine. They're just hanging from the garage ceiling on hooks at the moment with no plans to go anywhere. Makes it look like a bodyshop
