He's replacing Ben Edwards who's doing the F1 on the BBC. Although Toby will still do MotoGP, missing 3 MotoGP events on clashing weekends, Jerez, Brno and Sepang. Toby Moody is ITV's new BTCC commentator | BTCC News | Feb 2012 | Crash.Net
On a similar vein, how long will we have to suffer Jack Burnicles incompetence on BSB ? The man makes so many mistakes, it's stopped being funny. Surely there must be somebody out there who doesn't suffer from senility and can provide some form of coherent commentary. I feel sorry for James Whitam.
Burnicle is a knob. I used to love the banter between keith and julian on sky, wsb. EG: Keith: 'and foggy's running a 16.5" front wheel this weekend for all you techno freaks' Julian: 'techno techno techno, as they say, eh, keith?' Keith: 'i wouldn't know julian, i dont go to them sort of places.'
Well I'm going to be in a minority here but I can't stand Moody and Ryder. Their whiny, nasal 'we know better cos we can remember individual lap times from 15 years ago' mutual arse tongueing causes me to watch practice with the sound low and the race on BBC. Neil Spalding is okay and even he sounds embarrassed at times just being in the box with them. I do trade shows where you get 'professional' camera clubbers who memorise the entire spec of a camera just so they can snort backwards and whine at you that 'I think you'll find that it was the D3s that was fitted with that particular feature, and not the D3'. Before wandering off with their carrier bags full of brochures and last months magazines, steering with their flared nostrils. Wankers! Get a freaking life. And I always think 'Ryder and Moody' Personal preference only guys but give me Stavros, and Villan is spot on, he is great company, and Coxy every time. And I'm quite fond of Burnicle too. I do hate that fat ginger tosser on Eurosport too, but I think we're all agreed on that though
