    I don't think there is. It's one of those things which is deemed socially acceptable. You know, like flashing oncoming riders when there's a speed camera, slapping unruly kids when their parents are too high to give a shit, and running over cyclists who think it's ok to ride 2 abreast in a 60 :rolleyes:
