Hi all, i'm Still new to blades.

On my '04 blade i accidentally grinded the gear when stationary as i was not firm on the foot pushing it down into first It was a Grrrrr sound not clunk....

Did i damage a gear ? Should one drain the oil and replace it ?

I did not feel any problems afterwards but now i just need to know if i would need to change the oil ? (metal shavings ?)

Hi, Being a bit anal, I always start in gear and keep in gear at standstill, I hate the clonk of going into gear at standstill

One thing I always do with my cars and bikes is fit a strong magnet into the drain plug, Just make sure it can't come out, I am not sure if the CBR had one as standard
