Chaps, Due to some shifter issues on my track bike I missed a gear a couple of times and ended up revving to the moon. No major harm done but since then the bike runs rough for a two-three seconds when started from hot, feels like it's on choke/bogs a bit on throttle, after a couple of blips it clears it's throat and is then completely normal, power is good etc. From cold it starts fine and is crisp from the start. I'm wondering if the over-rev has spanked an injector and perhaps one is leaking, at least when hot. I was going to just buy another set of injectors from ebay but now realise the bike has primary and secondary injectors. Assuming my theory is correct, more likely to be primary or secondary at fault? Any other theories? Cheers Max
Can't see how this would take out an injector. Have you checked the valve clearances? Or maybe a crank or cam sensor resistance values.
