Hi all, i have spent a few days looking for the answer but not 100% i have figured out what is happening. I have a 2006 and i started getting a vibration feedback through the clutch lever. rode the bike home slowly and it went away. At one point when pulling away it felt difficult to pull away almost like the breaks were on, but once moving it went away. Rode the bike for a while with no issues then it came back, so decided to replace the clutch. New clutch fitted, full oil change, re-bled the system and all was fine for a while. Went out the weekend and its all started again and not sure the new clutch has really fixed it.

The feed back in the lever is there when pressing and depressing the clutch, when i can feel the feed back the clutch almost sound like a dry clutch noise. There's no consistency as to when it happens, hot or cold.

Before i book it into the garage and spend a fortune anyone got any ideas.

    Thanks in advance.

Worth removing the clutch basket. Then take a look at the springs in the back of the clutch basket. Not the clutch springs.
These can break down I’m not sure if you can replace them or it might be renew the basket.
They act abit like a dual mass flywheel would.
