Thought i would post in this site as it may be that some owners of the previous 954 have moved up to the 1000RR...... So may have a book or tool kit hanging around. Ta.
Owners manuals are hard to come by Hudson, I had to blag my mates and scan it page by page, but being a lazy sod I've done nothing with it since. When I eventually get around to cleaning up all 150 odd pages you're welcome to a copy, but it's not a good idea to hold your breath for a bit. I do have a workshop manual as a PDF, if you're interested?
Cheers guys, i am on the hunt for them but if all else fails then i can get them from the main dealer.... at a price !! I want to take my 954 back to stock, ie original exhaust and even the number plate hanger.... the lot, so an original manual etc is a nice to have.
I was lucky as the guy who had mine kept everything he took off it and all the packaging for the new bits so put it all back to standard before I rode it. Everything but the bloody book.
Cheers for all the advice guys, got a book !!!! Brand new and in the plastic bag.... just want the original tool kit now.
I did look at that and it looked pretty mint, but when on the phone to Lings Honda about something else they mentioned they had a geuine, brand brand new book from the stores, never opened and still in the bag.... £10 ! So i snapped it up.
