Just looked at the riders list for the first superstock race it's rammed packed of bsb and irish road racing stars plus my mate ruben McPhee lol...... Riders meet and greet on wed at coleraine town hall........
And my good mate Phil Crowe making his roads debut at the NW this year. He has no fear so will go well...
just had a look and bbcni are showing a hour of highlights on sunday at 10.25 pm. its on channel 863 if you have virgin media. wont get a chance to watch it on the web on saturday.
A Good weekend's racing,got soaked going up on Thursday but it dried for the races in the evening and two great races superstock,and supertwins.Friday I went to joeys bar and the Ducati showroom wer there was a ride out with the MCN guys.Saturday up early got to the track and the sun started to shine,got a burning from the coastal wind and sun glowing like a tomato today.I was a great day racing but marred by a accident on track and we later heard tragic news that you never want to hear at these events,but they know the risks and they still go out and give it there all.RIP Mark Buckley.
